The Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization (**CPDC**) is a global leader of next-generation radiopharmaceuticals. At CPDC we are working with our partners to discover, develop and distribute the next generation of imaging agents and targeted radiotherapeutics for the detection and treatment of human diseases such as cancer.

About the Role*
As Program Coordinator you will work closely with project leads/ account managers to assist with the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information related to various client programs. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Program Coordinator will coordinate scheduling and risk management, as well as administrative duties, such as maintaining project documentation. The Program Coordinator will interact with teams across the organization to ensure the clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.

Main Responsibilities*
- Creates plans, schedules and layout workflows to a project alongside the Project Lead and Account Manager to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met. This includes:

- Building teams to support the general project plan
- Choosing the correct tools and resources for the project tasks
- Assigning tasks to internal teams and perform schedule management with input from the Project Team.
- Tracking assigned work to completion
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Defining Key Performance Indicators to measure progress and success

During the course of a Project:

- Communicate with and listen to team members; encourage and boost morale of the project team
- Identify risks to deliverables and timelines and communicate to the Project Team and upper Management (where necessary).
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Maintain meeting minutes and other pertinent project documentation
- Prepare presentations and present progress to internal and external clients.
- Follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Update project logs (i.e. Actions, Lessons Learned, Change) as necessary
- Perform with project procurement management.

The Program Coordinator must:

- Develop a rapport with various groups across the Centre to ensure project goals are met.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Ensure projects are executed within budget.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Lead to eliminate blockers.
- Ensure end user requirements are met for each project.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education & Skills*
- A post-secondary degree in Science or Engineering
- PMP certification considered an asset
- 2-3 years’ experience in pharma/biotech manufacturing or testing
- 2-3 years proven work experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and engineering principles and practices
- Proficient in MS 365, Power BI, Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point, Word and Visio
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Proficient written, communication, and presentation skills
