Digital Attractions is a photo concession company that captures and sells photographs to guests at tourist attractions, and we are looking to expand our team at the CN Tower.

**Position Overview**: The Print Production & Technical Assistant works in the Print Production and adjacent Sales area on a day-to-day basis, editing and printing photos, as well as assisting with the sales, photo capture, and customer service process as necessary.

The Print Production & Technical Assistant is also responsible for addressing all technical support issues as they come up, troubleshooting and fixing problems as it relates to computers, printers, photography equipment, and the network.

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit digital photos with special attention to detail
- Maintain optimal editing speed to ensure that photo printing process does not fall behind
- Operate digital minilab system
- Sort photos as they print in specified order before sending them to the photo gallery
- Work in photo capture and/or sales departments as necessary
- Capture a quality image of guests when working at the photo capture station
- Show and sell guests their photo when stationed in the sales gallery
- Accurately and efficiently operate POS systems and accurately maintain all transactions
- Reprint photos when requested
- Perform paper changes as necessary
- Hand deliver photos to photo galleries as needed
- Communicate with team members to troubleshoot and solve technical issues promptly
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Provide staff with support and training as it relates to use of equipment and technology
- Service, troubleshoot, and repair printers, computers, photography and all other equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and backups
- Maintain problem documentation and resolution procedures for reference
- Enter and update information required for asset tracking
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company documents and customer information
- Perform additional duties as directed by Management

**Job Requirements**
- Knowledge of Windows 7/10/11 (required)
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with general electronic/technological troubleshooting (required)
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting PC hardware, photo printers, and/or photography equipment (preferred)

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Can work as a member of a team

**Working Conditions**:

- Shift work requiring a flexible schedule (weekdays and weekends)
- May be required to work additional hours on occasion, as needed
- Some departments are located on high floors and reached using elevators

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
