Print and Digital Production Coordinator

A JAM Print and Digital Production Coordinator will manage the production of multiple Print, Digital and Direct Mail projects from concept to launch. Supported by a team of over 175 one-to-one communication experts, you’ll enjoy a culture that promotes personal and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with the creative, account and developer teams to ensure that projects are running smoothly, on time and on budget
- Communicating with vendor partners to maintain production deliverables
- Creating job specifications, timelines and estimates for all programs
- Fostering positive internal and external relationships

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Detail oriented and organized with good time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Multi-tasker
- Good listening skills
- Problem solver/resourceful/analytical
- Nice to have:

- Experience working with or willingness to learn XMPie
- Experience with uPlan/uProduce software
- Advertising/Marketing agency experience
- Direct Marketing and/or vendor experience
