**We need you to**
- Deliver five-star customer service, while finding the perfect gear for everyone.
- Upsell products to each customer while processing their transaction.
- Maintain the store and sales counters during the event.
- Be 18 years or older and physically able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
- 10/10 customer service and communication skills; a high-energy, positive attitude.
- Sales, retail, and event experience.

$110 - USD per day

**What Does Working For Us Look like?**

**Travel Day: Changes by length of journey**

Getting you to our event. Travel time can range from 2 - 8 hours, depending on local airports and event location.

**Set-Up Days: 7am - 4pm (Estimated)**

Counting in inventory, unloading trailers, staging products on the sales floor, organizing inventory and back stock.

**Sales Days: 5am - 9pm (Estimated)**

Sales, Customer Service, Counting Out, and break down on the last day.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Passport
- Willing to travel 6 days at a time
- Experience with sales, retail, and/or merchandising
- Previous event merchandising experience is an asset
- Ability to travel to Spartan and Tough Mudder events throughout the year and work onsite during holidays and weekends, as required.
- Speak conversational English (French is an asset)
