About the Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandising Specialist to work independently at multiple retail locations, approximately 20 hours per week.

The successful candidate will support the team leader in delivering business objectives, assist in executing client strategies, and achieve key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform merchandising tasks at multiple retail stores
  • Maintain sections, including proper rotation, restocking, and ensuring distribution of all products
  • Address and order out-of-stock issues
  • Secure additional/incremental off-shelf displays
  • Provide weekly or urgent updates to the team lead
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department personnel and store management
  • Submit daily required visit reports/call reports
Requirements
  • Access to a car
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Previous merchandising experience is an asset
  • Have a smartphone and access to the internet
Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales experience with merchandising and/or consumer packaged goods
  • Ability to understand and communicate or design sales reports
