**POSITION**:
The General Manager position for Jonas Club Software is an important role leading the performance of the private club division to manage and grow the operations of a highly successful business.

In this key role, working closely with the President, you will ensure that company goals are met in a timely fashion by efficiently and effectively managing budgets, personnel and resources, working closely with a very established and knowledgeable team. The post requires a hands-on leader with strong multi-tasking, organizational, interpersonal and management skills.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The General Manager Jonas Club Software will be responsible for:

- Directing and managing employees and resources to meet business objectives, within budget and to Constellation Software Inc. requirements and processes
- Develop the annual business plan and operating budget for all departments and monitor implementation to ensure that financial targets are met, managing operational performance in an efficient and timely manner
- Using Jonas Software benchmarking data and knowledge of best practices to ensure resourcing is in line with the needs of all stakeholders and develop plans to align with the operational and financial forecasts
- Work cross functionally with Customer Support, Professional Services, R & D, Sales and Marketing to address client specific concerns, support solutions and provide input in maintenance planning to achieve the company goals
- Developing, motivating and empowering a dedicated and experienced team to deliver excellent results in a timely manner
- Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports while ensuring that regular training of all teams is undertaken
- Driving commercial growth, including the strategic and operational requirements of the business
- Providing input into the product strategy and ensuring effective delivery with a focus on quality and improving NPS scores from clients
- Building relationships with resellers, industry partners and associations
- Implementing risk management policies to address strategic, operational, security and legislative compliance risks; ensure legal filings are completed in compliance with local law
- Overseeing the welfare and career development of all employees and ensuring a safe working environment for all
- Ensuring a high standard of work and customer service whilst promoting the company culture and values

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to engage, motivate and lead a team
- Thrive in a results-driven background and be comfortable with financial and performance measurement. Have an in-depth understanding of the measurements and metrics used to drive a successful CSI Group company
- Demonstrate the ability to budget, forecast and coordinate a range of business functions across different teams
- Sound planning skills and the ability to contribute to and support strategic direction
- Excellent timely decision-making skills with an analytical approach to problem solving
- A collaborative leader with a willingness to actively work on customer accounts and develop solutions alongside any member of the team.
- Experience managing sales teams with a background on developing compensation, bonus, commissions and other variable compensation plans
- A degree or equivalent in a relevant management, business and/or information technology discipline, or comparable work experience
- Senior Management experience and an established profile within the software industry is required with private club/hospitality experience as an asset
- Experience building effective teams and are comfortable coaching direct reports
- Strong experience on identifying and solving problems with the ability to maintain composure and lead during a crisis
- Understand the need to drive for results and success for both customer satisfaction and employee engagement
- Maintain strict adherence to the Jonas Software security and legal policies
- Have proven experience of managing multiple conflicting priorities to meet strategic deadlines in a fast-paced environment and the ability to deal effectively with ambiguity.
- Ability to build positive relationships with the Jonas Software family of companies
- Possess exceptional written communication skills and presentation skills for delivering key messages clearly and confidently
- Sound knowledge of statutory, legal and contractual obligations as well as sound knowledge of local business practices
- Work with humility, integrity and trust

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $200,000.00-$210,000.00 per year
