Job Title: General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Markham branch and drive growth and operational excellence in the fire and life safety industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a cross-functional team of technicians, project managers, and administrative staff to deliver high-quality fire and life safety solutions to clients.
  • Manage project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with local, provincial, and national fire codes and standards.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the fire and life safety industry, with a focus on sales, operations, or project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, security, and access control systems.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
