**Department Overview**
- The **TD Equipment Finance (TDEF)** team is a Centre of Excellence within TD Specialized Commercial Banking. Our mandate is to structure equipment financing (leases and loans) for business clients and prospects as an alternative to other conventional bank sources of financing such as term loans.
- **TDEF **is seeking individuals interested in fast-tracking their career within the commercial business. As an associate, you join a selective program limited to high-end talent. This is an exciting introductory experience into the interesting and vital world of Equipment Financing. You will learn the fundamentals of Equipment Financing through, sale origination, risk management, operation management, and industry analysis.
- This role will give you the capability to work closely with a variety of mid-market businesses as they strive to successfully meet their financial goals. Your business skills will be put you to the test in creating business proposals based on the Equipment Financing needs of your clients.

**Job Details**
- You are working towards completing an undergraduate or graduate degree in business. Or perhaps you have another degree combined with work experience.
- You demonstrate interest and ability in business development and negotiation with clients.
- You are also a motivated achiever with good analytical skills and very strong interpersonal skills and can work well independently in addition to being a strong team player.
- You are a well-rounded person who works well independently and as a part of a team. You have strong desire to learn, grow and succeed.

**Job Requirements**
- Your first 12 months will include an on-site rotational development training at our TD Equipment Finance Montreal office, located at 1250 René-Lévesque West, 16th floor During your rotational program, you will work closely with sales, credit, legal and operations professionals from across the business, gaining valuable exposure to each of these important functions.

**Proficiency in Other than French**
- This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support or deal with employees or colleagues who require services and support in a language other than French.
