**Navigate Clinical Group is a multi-disciplinary team of practitioners in Edmonton, Alberta. We are easily accessible at 4432 Calgary Trail NW #205. We provide therapeutic and consultative services to neurodiverse individuals of all ages, couples, and families.**

**Our multi-disciplinary team includes psychology, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology. We provide family-centered assessment, intervention & consultation services for children, youth, and adults.**

**Position Scope**:
At Navigate Psychology we are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health services to individuals in need. Our team of compassionate therapists and counsellors is committed to supporting our clients' well-being and personal growth. As we continue to expand and positively impact more lives, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the practice.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment.
- Coordinate client appointments and schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of therapists' time.
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Preparation and processing of billing and insurance claims.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff members.
- Basic Accounting/Month End
- Manage and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee’s wages, salaries, and benefits.
- Collaborate with therapists and staff to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency.
- Onboarding/ training new staff.
- Recruiting and networking.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or psychology environment is desirable.
- A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in mental health.
- Understanding and adherence to FOIP and HPA legislation
