We are currently looking for a talented and motivated **Planning Manager** who will be reporting to the VP of Demand Planning & Inventory Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end Supply Chain, sales & inventory planning for our leading retail partners
- Create Annual Business plans & manage forecast negotiations with retail partners
- Analyze weekly sales reports, use them to monitor recent sales performance and adjust forecasts on a SKU, brand and category level at appropriate time horizons
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital media spend & promotional planning
- Maintain excellent relationship with the retailer’s planning & supply chain teams
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust forecasting/production
- Assist our Logistics and Merchandising team with Purchase Order issuance, Ship dates planning, Port of Loading adjustments, etc.
- Identify slow moving inventory, recommend turnaround strategy and advise sales teams regarding item level sales rankings
- Maintain a good knowledge of competitors products on multiple marketplaces, recommend product development strategy based on trends

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Demand planning or inventory management experience of 1-2 years
- University or college degree in business, science/engineering (MBA is an asset)
- Excellent knowledge of English (oral & written) to deal with the foreign divisions and international customers
- Strong aptitude for numbers, patterns and forecasting
- Ability to build and maintain excellent internal, cross-functional working relationships
- Strong knowledge and experience using MS Excel (Power BI is an asset)
- Self-directed, ability to work with limited supervision

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) **Gestionnaire, Planification **talentueux(euse) et motivé(e) qui relèvera du vice-président de la planification de la demande et de la gestion des stocks.

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer de bout en bout la chaîne d'approvisionnement, les ventes et la planification des stocks pour nos principaux partenaires détaillants.
- Créer des plans d'affaires annuels et gérer les négociations sur les prévisions avec les détaillants partenaires.
- Analyser les rapports de vente hebdomadaires, les utiliser pour contrôler les performances de vente récentes et ajuster les prévisions au niveau des SKU, des marques et des catégories à des horizons temporels appropriés.
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing sur les dépenses en médias numériques et la planification des promotions.
- Entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les équipes de planification et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement du détaillant.
- Surveiller les niveaux de stock et ajuster les prévisions et la production
- Assister notre équipe logistique et merchandising dans l'émission des bons de commande, la planification des dates d'expédition, les ajustements au port de chargement, etc.
- Identifier les stocks à faible rotation, recommander une stratégie de rotation et conseiller les équipes de vente sur le classement des ventes au niveau des articles.
- Maintenir une bonne connaissance des produits de la concurrence sur plusieurs marchés, recommander une stratégie de développement des produits en fonction des tendances.

**Aptitudes, compétences et exigences**:

- Expérience de 1 à 2 ans en planification de la demande ou en gestion des stocks
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en commerce, en sciences ou en ingénierie (un MBA est un atout).
- Excellente connaissance de l'anglais (oral et écrit) pour traiter avec les divisions étrangères et les clients internationaux.
- Forte aptitude pour les chiffres, les modèles et les prévisions
