A key accountability for you will be achieving an exceptional customer experience while interacting with numerous tenant and supplier contacts; all the while maintaining positive relationships and ensuring the accurate, complete, and on-time delivery of desired outcomes for this position.

Competitve salary based on experience and education. On job training specific to the needs of property management systems and regulations will be provided.

**Job Duties**:

- Processing Invoices for payment and rents received in a timely and accurate manner
- Performing bookkeeping functions including bank reconciliations, journal entries.
- Responding to tenant maintenance requests
- Assisting with inspections and site visits.
- Maintaining and adhering to filing processes
- Achieving proficiency with all computerized systems and processes
- Assist with general office administration
- Other duties as required

**What you will bring to the job**:

- Experience in real estate administration with a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting functions and the use of QuickBooks;
- A positive disposition with confidence in contacting customers about their account particulars;
- Proficiency in the English language both written and verbal;
- Characteristics that support collaboration and teamwork, with an exceptional service orientation and strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong math, analytical, and computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and management systems;
- College or technical training in office administration or bookkeeping preferred.
