**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity: 13 Month Contract**

As the Human Resource Business Partner, you play a pivotal role in shaping our future. You are part of a unique Human Resource team counted on to design our employee experience and build and align our organizational structure to support growth and change to meet current and future business needs. You will bring this to life through the relationships you build, the innovative solutions you deploy and how you influence cross company.

**Who you partner with**:

- Reporting to a Director, Human Resource Business Partnership, you will a key collaborator within our Human Resource Team, and the trusted advisor to assigned client groups.

**What you do**:

- Support RCL’s continuously evolving and transforming environment. Identify and understand the people and organizational issues specific to your business groups and provide guidance and insight that support short-term and long-term strategies, solutions and action plans.
- Provide insight, guidance and coaching on HR issues, ensuring compliance with policies, Employment Standards and other regulatory employment and human rights requirements.
- Actively supports strategic discussions and transfers best practices cross company. Challenges status quo and champions change.
- Partners with the Human Resources team in the execution and management of a variety of programs in the areas of Talent Development and Succession Planning, DEI, Performance Review Process, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Experience, Organization Effectiveness and Design.
- Manage employee experience by supporting and influencing communication between managers and employees through meaningful discussions and effective coaching.

**Qualifications**:
**What we look for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration -CHRP designation.
- Minimum 3 years’ + experience in a Human Resource Generalist function
- Ability to build trusting and collaborative relationships across all levels and functions
- Solid facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English
