MPE, an Englobe company is seeking a **_Technical Proposal Writer_** to join our team in our Lethbridge office. We are looking for an eloquent, persuasive proposal writer to join our team. The proposal writer's responsibilities include gathering information, formatting the information according to our company's policies, and sending the proposal to the appropriate source.

Our proposal needs tend to fluctuate from week to week and month to month and we are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work within our proposal team.

Your Contribution

As a Technical Proposal Writer, you will work in collaboration with the Proposal Team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Lead the technical writing of all proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals, Requests for Qualifications, Expressions of Interest, etc.
- Coordinate and manage MPE branded submission documents.
- Coordinating with Project Managers and key staff regarding content of the proposals.
- Writing technical content for the proposals and other branded documentation.
- Proof-reading / editing
- Assisting with preparation of presentations and other documents
- Developing and updating corporate resumes, project profiles, etc.
- Organizing and filing proposal materials (photos, project profiles, resumes, etc.)

Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in engineering, architecture, or construction industry.
- Experience writing proposals in the engineering sector.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Publisher.
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills
