About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. as a Product Promoter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the most suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients
  • Assess Client Needs and Resources
  • Develop Reports and Proposals
  • Deliver Sales Presentations
  • Conduct Sales Transactions
  • Prepare and Administer Sales Contracts
  • Conduct Sales Transactions through Internet-based Electronic Commerce
  • Estimate or Quote Prices, Credit or Contract Terms, Warranties and Delivery Dates
  • Provide Input into Product Design
  • Consult with Clients after Sale
  • Review and Adapt Information regarding Product Innovations, Competitors and Market Conditions
  • Train Customers' Staff
  • Troubleshoot Problems related to Equipment
  • Advertise and/or Promote Products, Sales or Services
  • Provide Customer Service
  • Supervise Activities of Other Technical Sales Specialists
  • Estimate Costs of Installing and Maintaining Equipment or Service
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of Experience
  • Work Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
