**Account Executive and Education - Medical Skin Care**

As a key member of the sales and training department, our **Account Executive and Education** will be responsible for business development within our clinic network. In your role, you will have a strong account presence and you will work closely with the clinic directors for executing the training program, coaching on sales techniques, and ensuring that the brand's sales objectives are met or surpassed

In your role, you will oversee:
**1. Account Management**
- Build relationship with our clinic staff to enhance brand awareness
- Participate in the achievement of sales objectives for each clinic by analyzing the performance
- Adapt action plans based on analysis and implement new initiatives
- Ensure maximization of referral, prescription, and loyalty tools
- Carry out and/or review product merchandising to improve and maximize visibility in the clinic

If needed, participate in and support special sales events such as galas, VIP evenings, master classes, etc.

**2. Trainer**
- Participate in the development of educational training tools
- Increase the level of brand knowledge of the employees in the clinic by providing ongoing training
- Coach technicians or assistant md's in the treatment room to initiate product recommendation and make them excellent brand ambassadors
- Plan the integration and training of new employees (on-boarding)
- Give sales tips, develop key selling points, special attention to our patients
- Ensure quality reporting of training activities via electronic dashboards

**3. Medical visit representation**
- Deliver medical education
- Present clinical studies and active ingredients
- Educate medical staff on the importance of efficient post-treatment skincare routine

**4. E-learning training**
- Communicate the schedule for ongoing training (launch, product focus)
- Ensure the participation of all employees and report to the clinic directors

**5. Reporting and budget management**
- Manage the training budgets for the territory
- Ensure monthly reporting of training activities (names of participants, duration of training, date, details).

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in administration or science
- 3 years of experience in a similar position in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry (account executive, regional trainer)
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetology, skincare, and active ingredients
- Expertise in medical relations (pharmacist visits, dermatology)
- Excellent sales and customer service skills, B2C
- Excellent communication skills
- Office Suite has no secret for you (Team, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with social media and videoconference: an asset
- This position is based in Toronto and requires to travel from Ontario to Alberta. The territory may change to meet the needs of the organization
