Job Summary

The Executive Vice President of Education Services will be responsible for leading our education services division, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and innovation. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong track record of success in education and organizational development, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in education services
    • Lead and manage a team of education professionals to deliver high-quality programs and services
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Program Development and Delivery
    • Design and deliver education programs and services that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders
    • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective program delivery
    • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Business Development and Partnerships
    • Identify and pursue business opportunities in education services
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in education services or a related field
    • Proven track record of success in leadership and program development
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
