Onboarding lies in handling all client contacts and ensuring the proper setup, accuracy and relevance of the customer’s multi-channel digital campaign.
The incumbent’s responsibilities in the first months and throughout the campaign are critical in maintaining a positive end-to-end experience for the customer, as well as guaranteeing the campaign’s continued success.

The Account Manager plays an integral role within the customer account team, ensuring the flawless delivery, accuracy and quality of the customer’s portfolio and investment. The Account Manager is the primary liaison between the customer, sales rep, customer service, and the production team throughout the organization. The responsibilities of the Account Manager are critical to creating and maintaining a positive end-to-end experience with our largest Customers - including a focus on proactive monitoring of the customer’s advertising solutions and evaluation of results, all in an effort to minimize risk and issues, maintain the optimal performance of the investment, and identify opportunities for incremental success. In accordance with their strategic knowledge and the credibility they will have established with the client, they will be able to identify avenues for diversification and growth on the account, which they will then work in close collaboration with sales.

**Responsabilities**:
**1.**

Main point of contact with the client during the launch and initial months of the campaign. Checks in with customer immediately after fulfillment in order to ensure the campaign reflects their needs, both in regard to ad accuracy and targeting, while also assisting them with the technical setup (ex: conversion tracking, Facebook page connection, and more).Connects with customer in subsequent milestone calls to present the campaign results and reporting, going into metrics and highlighting areas for improvement.-

Reviews campaigns - before and after they go live - and monitors performance through the partner platform. Ensures the various channels are active and gathering traffic, identifies potential issues and opens tickets as necessary.

Follows up on relevant administrative tasks, including but not limited to updating call tasks, as well as sending onboarding and offboarding communications.

Coordinates with Customer Service or Upsell teams for requests relating to billing, contract changes or other YP products.

**What do you need to become an account manager at Yellow Pages?**

**Qualifications**:

- Must be Bilingual
- Bachelor degree in Commerce and/or 2-3 years performance media sales and/or marketing advisory experience
- Experience managing B2B relationships with small
- to medium-sized business sector an asset
- Intermediate understanding of concepts related to website usability, SEO, social media and other YP digital products ability to interpret media program performance results.
- In depth understanding of concepts related to SEM and display and ability to interpret media program performance results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly comprehend client needs (excellent listener)
- Google Analytics & Kenshoo certification mandatory
