Business Development Consultant

James Braden Ford is looking to hire an Business Development Consultant. Our BDC agents act as a primary point of contact between our clients and our sales team, taking charge of inbound business opportunities and promoting conversations into qualified appointments.
**Specific Duties and Responsibilities**
- Find opportunities for renewal and for new business through multiple contacts with the dealer’s clients.
- Ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is always maintained.
- Build trust and maintain a solid business relationship with clients.
- Provide proactive communication with each client.
- Perform outgoing calls including unsold clients, prospecting calls from generated lists and sold client follow up and CSI.
- Book appointments for sales staff and make them aware of booked appointments.
- Log all client interaction in DealerSocket and complete daily to-dos and follow ups.
- Track results daily in DealerSocket.
- Review results daily with manager.
- Complete daily training as required by management.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Cover all required shifts.
- Dress and act professionally.
- Obtain and uphold OMVIC license at own expense.
- Punch in and punch out daily
- Follow all rules set out by the dealership.
- Additional tasks required by management.
