We are a progressive hearing health care office in Cambridge. We are seeking to employ a friendly, outgoing, highly motivated individual who is resourceful and very well organized.

The Front Desk is a key area of the clinic. This position requires a person who strives for excellent patient service and is always empathetic and courteous toward patients. This person must also be a team player, who also provides continuous support to their fellow co-workers.

The Clinic Assistant position is an integral part of our clinic. These important responsibilities include:

- Ongoing education to best assist patients and Audiologists
- Respond to all forms of communication to the clinic
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain database (we are a paperless office), including inputting new patients, journal entries and updating files
- Process and submit billings, third-party claims, etc.
- Receive, process, and reconcile payments
- Prepare audiological reports
- Maintain and perform minor hearing aid repairs for patients
- Assist with educational materials

This position will involve 5 days per week and approximately 37.5 hours per week. The
starting salary range is commensurate with experience and education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
