**Real Estate Sales $300,000+/Year Earning Potential**
Yorkton Group is currently looking to expand our team of sales professionals.
We are looking for **Experienced Outside Sales Professionals**, able to thrive in a **100% Commission** work environment, with substantial earning potential (**5% Commission on every sale**). Please note that there is no base salary as is common with real estate sales; the high commission structure and the $300,000+ earning potential is there to attract only the top sales professionals who are ready, willing, and able to actively prospect for clients.
This position is ideally suited for successful **Life Insurance Agents, Financial Advisors, Mortgage Brokers, Money Managers, Accountants and others with an established book of high net worth clients and/or are willing and able to actively prospect to find new prospective clients, which is essential for the position.**

**Qualifications and Responsibilities**
**Actively prospecting for new clients on a daily basis is a job responsibility, **and essential for success in the position, hence the high (5%) commission structure.
**Note that you are not permitted to provide suitability advice to prospective customers.**
Maintain a high level of service to existing customers; manage the customer relationship from prospecting to contract execution by the company senior management.
Participate in corporate marketing activities such as conferences, trade shows, online webinars, and attend online sales group meetings
