**Some of the Responsibilities You May Have**:

- Ensuring timely preparation of monthly invoicing for assigned operating groups in a high-volume environment.
- Monitoring work-in progress and write-offs.
- Ensuring validity, integrity, and accuracy of input data
- Setting up Proposals
- Advising Project Managers and Group Managers of any client concerns regarding invoicing
- Responding to internal operations questions regarding customer invoices and payments
- Participating in, and providing feedback regarding implementation of internal processes and procedures
- Ensuring billing discrepancies or queries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Building excellent working relationships with our internal clients and sister companies
- Assisting with other accounting functions, duties, and special projects on an as needed or required basis
- Assisting the Billing Coordinator, as required
- Consistently striving to go above and beyond in achieving client satisfaction
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on specific Billing Accounts Receivable experience.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Accounts Receivable function.
- Previous experience with Accounting and Invoicing software and electronic invoicing.
- Experience with Oracle is a definite asset.
- Electronic invoicing experience would be helpful.
- Previous experience in processing invoices in multiple currencies.
- Previous experience working in a high
- volume accounting environment is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail orientated, self-motivated and resourceful.
- Creative, self-starter who can work independently with the support of a strong mentoring network.
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills are required to interact with internal clients, key vendors, and employees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities, performing a variety of tasks and meeting required deadlines.
- Strong morals, ethics, and integrity along with commitment to privacy and confidentiality.
