Founded in 2003, we are a Victoria, BC based marketing and software company on a fast track to growthWe are looking for a bright, motivated individual to offer web development support to our online marketing team.

The Customer Success Coordinator works directly with our sales and customer success team to meet our clients’ needs and aligns solutions to address customers’ specific challenges, optimizing business value and increasing product adoption. You will work closely with other both departments to ensure customer happiness.

**The Role**:
As the first point of contact for new customers, the Customer Success Coordinator makes sure the onboarding process for a new client goes smoothly. This includes the client intake process, scheduling meetings with Sales, and overseeing the work that needs to be done for the client. For existing clients, the Customer Success Coordinator manages the client portfolio, following up on any improvements or upsells that can give the client the best of all our company offers.

**What skills do you need?**
- Prior experience in a marketing environment, using CRMs, using Hubspot or Teamwork, and customer service experience is an asset
- Detail oriented
- Experience with Zoom
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of cloud based technologies
- Multitasker that works with tight deadlines and will help clarify priorities as things will overlap
- Strong communication skills, written and oral and by phone
- Organized and analytical
- Works well with others, is respectful, easy to get along with, with a strong work ethic
- Passion for web technologies and innovation

**Additional Assets**:

- Web Development or understanding of HTML
- Online Marketing experience
- CRM experience
- Sales Experience

**Duties Include, but not limited to**:

- Onboard all new clients
- Identify Clients who need support (through reporting)
- Respond to Client requests and Summarize responses
- Assist with Client Retention
- Schedule Sales, training meetings
- Find opportunities for upselling

**Salary**: $48,500.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:
