GymTV is the largest gym-based TV network in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom. GymTV is subscribed to by more than 5,000 leading gyms and broadcast on 25,750+ screens across those gym partners.

We are currently looking for a **Technical Support Specialist **who will work out of our Toronto office. The position is a hybrid working model between home and office. The position is available immediately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fixing, testing, and troubleshooting computers for our GymTV Network
- Shipping out required materials for contractors and/or gym club technicians across Canada
- Providing support to contractors and club technicians across Canada for repairs remotely
- Completing onsite installation of network in gyms
- Troubleshooting onsite issues in the gyms
- Conducting onsite evaluations for new gym clients, outlining steps required for optimal installation of the equipment
- Working with suppliers to order materials as required, both computers and other components, installations and repairs
- Scheduling contractor onsite visits across Canada to install or resolve issues with Network
- Replying to tickets in CRM and updating clients with next steps and solutions to fix issues
- Packing and coordinating all material shipments from Toronto office
- Imaging computers for final testing before being sent out to gyms across Canada
- Ongoing updates to internal inventory management website with information on new installs, repairs, closures, etc.
- Tracking materials for inbound and outbound players, maintaining accurate inventory for Canadian marketplace
- Providing R&D assistance in projects related to both computer and AV technologies
- Maintaining a clean, well-organized build and work area within the office
- Maintaining documentation on processes and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Good understanding of networking i.e switches, routers and cabling
- Knowledge of sound systems
- CompTIA A+ an asset
- Basic understanding of AV Systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills - you will excel at resolving problems encountered by users, whether these require only quick fixes or major collaborative efforts across various departments
- Customer service - communicate effectively with clients, paying attention to their concerns and providing clear, regular updates for issues and ongoing requests.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
