Vaughan, Canada Executive Hospitality Full time

Duties:

- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Manage the day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or other similar platforms to maintain financial records.
- Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support effective financial management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial information to senior management.
