**Who we need**

Reporting to the AVP, Talent, we are looking for a Manager, Talent and Organizational Development to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategies to enhance the talent management and organizational development framework for the organization across the country. You will directly enable the people and culture strategy, elevating our capabilities through various talent management initiatives, including employee and leadership development, performance enablement, succession planning, culture, and engagement.

**What you will do**:
You will play an integral role in our “one HR” approach, collaborating with the HR team, stakeholders, partners, and employees at every level. You will develop and manage customized programs, processes, and systems that drive sustainable change and organizational development. You will:

- ** Build and implement a Learning & Development strategy.** You will oversee and contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive learning & development strategy, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with shared priorities for the organization. You will design, implement, and monitor new and existing learning and leadership development programs, partnering with internal and external partners to achieve desired learning and development objectives.
- ** Lead the Performance Enablement cycle.** You will partner with leaders and HRBPs to spearhead annual goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. You will identify areas for training and coaching, building resources and communications to support employees and leaders.
- ** Drive talent management programs.** You will collaborate closely with the AVP Talent to develop and roll out talent reviews and succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of leadership and knowledge transfer for critical positions. You will work with business leaders and HRBPs, to identify, assess, and develop high-potential employees and create ongoing opportunities for employee experience and skills development.
- ** Deliver data-driven insights. **You will conduct and leverage analytics, expertise and ongoing research on leading practices and trends to advance strategic priorities and objectives, communicating findings and recommending actions. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR colleagues to share programs, leverage best practices, and implement integrated talent management methodologies that enable the business and support a robust talent pipeline.
