The indirect learning of confidence, resilience and teamwork are life skills to pursue your dreams. Jack of Sports proudly serves 30,000+ families across the GTA in 18+ different communities. Jack of Sports intends to expand throughout Ontario, Canada, & US. The lead of marketing requires a creative, strategic, and analytical approach to successfully reach out to all communities to inform them about the benefits of registering for Jack of Sports.

This is a remote position but you will potentially be required to work in person/in Toronto 3x/week during camp season (July/August).

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and develop comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass Swim Lessons, Camps, Learn to Bike, 3V3 Soccer, and Lifesaving Courses
- Marketing community festivals and tournaments
- Expand brand awareness: Confidence, Resilience Teamwork
- Strategize and implement a growth business model to expand Jack of Sports throughout Ontario
- Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase website traffic, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Analyze data and metrics: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive website traffic (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Develop marketing collateral (Graphic Design): Create visually appealing and engaging marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics.
- Conduct market research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance with regular reports on marketing activities, campaign results, and key performance indicators.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, and other relevant marketing tools and platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment & thrive on constructive feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for sports and recreational activities is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
