This position will be 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday during non-peak periods and Monday to Friday during peak periods.

**Position Description Description**

The role has two main responsibilities, processing orders for our order desk and operating our retail store. Paddock Wood is looking for Order Desk/Store Sales Associate to provide our customers with friendly and efficient service within our retail store.

**Duties**

Process all orders and create invoices in Quick Books

Coordinate shipping of orders and ensure orders are organized by delivery route

Weekly inventory counts and reporting, record inventory transfers

Greet & assist customers in-store

Process and collect payments through the POS system

Maintain a neat and organized retail store area

Operate & pour growlers for customers

Stock selves, prepare call-in orders and assist our sales staff with order processing

Communicate clearly with the office manager and production staff

Packaging & assembling of products

Keeping the store clean and sanitizing all touch-points and surface areas

**Requirements**:
Must be 19 years of age or older

Must have Serve It Right Certification

Must have a valid drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: One location
