**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers when they come into the office
- Managing diaries, and schedule meetings with customers and sales team
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Set service goals and make sure they are met on a monthly basis.

Job Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Successful record of meeting service goals/quotas.
- Customer Service experience an asset.
- Willing to find client-focused solutions and building relationships.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Ability to attract new clients and retain current ones.
- Basic math skills.
- Management skills.
- Ability to be self motivated.
- Friendly and empathetic towards others.
- Attention to detail a must.
- Organizational and time management skills.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of relevant experience would be an asset.
- Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales or service would be an asset.
- OTL/RIBO iProperty and Casualty license (preferred/ must be able to obtain).
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be an asset.
