**Responsibilities**
- Utilize all inventory control systems to assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of the equipment.
- Respond to all inventory transfer request and assist other offices where possible.
- Distribute transfer order picklists and return list to the Front Office.
- Coordinate all inter-office transfers with the Front Office and Shipping Department in order to meet the requested deadline.
- Ensure all inventory related daily and weekly reports are addressed on an on-going basis and address all errors. (Low inventory, Interoffice Transfer report and negative availability to name a few).
- Aid the Inventory team in the form of inventory request and inventory accessibility when needed.
- Work with the inventory team to maximize the utilization of all equipment on both a regional and national level.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all equipment transfer request for future reference.
- Provide backup coverage for your co-workers during times of absence.
- Maybe be required to pull, double count and stage transfers when staff is limited.
- Attend weekly CSR and Inventory meetings.
- Other duties as required.
- Oversee and coordinate regional inventory counts - spot checks, cycle counts and annual inventory counts.
- Assist in the Implementation and coordination of all inventory procedures at the regional office by (Piece counts, inventory adds and retires, Equipment searches) ensuring that all departmental policies and procedures are followed.
- Receive equipment requests from other offices.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a minimum 2 years Administrative experience.
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Strong telephone skills
- Customer service aptitude
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. (i.e., Excel, Word, etc.).
- Must have strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Must be available to work after hours/weekends when necessary.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
