YOUR CHALLENGES
Responsible for growing the global consulting service offering by executing strategic plans and overseeing operational and business development initiatives.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elaborate the vision and the strategic plan for the consulting services business in order to grow the business;
- Be the national leader that develops and directs the national strategic plans (operational and regional) for the consulting services business;
- Develop a standardized service offering in line with corporate strategy;
- Develop key performance goals for functions and direct reports;
- Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors;
- Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit’s offerings to customers;
- Attract, build, and develop a team of experts;
- Coach, lead, and inspire staff to achieve personal and corporate goals;
- Keep abreast of market trends and technologies and ensure the team uses leading tools efficiently;
- Responsible for the development of budgets;
- Forecast, report on, and achieve budgetary targets and business unit objectives;
- Participate in the development and execution of corporate projects as required.

YOUR SPECIFIC MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Net Promoter Score (NPS);
- Completion of projects according to client specifications (budget & time rate);
- Labor Efficiency Ratio (LER);
- Sales, GM & EBITDA objectives;
- Employee turnover (retention).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- University BA/BS degree or equivalent;
- 10+ years of experience in management or 5+ years in a similar position;
- Bilingualism, spoken and written;
- Intermediate skills with MS Office Suite and virtual conferencing;
- Experience with a CRM and an ERP;
- Experience in sales, operations, and finance;
- Experience in the field of health and safety.
