**OFFER DETAILS**
- **Number of positions to be filled**: 1
- **Starting date**: As soon as possible
- **Work schedule**: Permanent, full-time (days). Compressed schedule: 4 days/40 hours per week, 10 hours per day, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Thursday (possibility of working overtime occasionally)
- **Benefits**: Personal leave (2 days annually), 2 weeks of vacation, voluntary pension administered by the Royal Bank of Canada

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Acier QTC Inc. is looking for a general worker in metal fabrication to join its team. The applicant must have knowledge and experience in using various tools and equipment to manufacture and assemble metal parts according to specifications. This position requires attention to details and the ability to work independently.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Operate tools and equipment (electronic and manual) to cut, shape, and fabricate metal parts
- Read and understand technical drawings and plans
- Read and understand metric and imperial measurements
- Operate cranes or forklifts to maneuver large, heavy metal parts as required
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in metal fabrication or similar role
- Knowledge and experience operating electronic and manual tools/equipment
- Basic math skills required for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Technical knowledge of the metal fabrication process and necessary equipment
- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
