**What’s in It for You**
- Mostly remote work, with occasional visits to our Downtown Toronto hub
- 15-20 hours per week, May through October. We operate 7 days per week so there will be weekend work. A team of Administrators will divide the weekly load

**The Role**

As the go-to person for all guest interactions, you'll set the stage for memorable experiences. From handling queries to making tailored recommendations, your role is to ensure our guests have a fantastic time from start to finish.

You'll also support tour operations by efficiently coordinating schedules, handling guest escalations, and making sure that all details, big and small, are perfectly arranged.

**Must-Haves**
- Outstanding communication skills — both verbal and written
- A knack for problem-solving and excellent organizational abilities
- A "big picture" mindset that helps you identify patterns and streamline operations
- A high level of dependability & reliability, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, allowing the team to operate smoothly and reliably.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain accurate records of bookings, tour schedules, and payments using our booking system
- Maintain an efficient and effective tour guide scheduling system
- Operational support: check for waivers and complete guest information, making sure that everything is up to date
- Assist with the maintenance up-to-date documentation: e.g. procedural documents and guidelines
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or event planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience using online staff scheduling and reservation management software is an asset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
- Live in or near Toronto today; a familiarity with the layout of Downtown Toronto is a strong asset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak tour season (April - October)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
