**Job Summary**
Community Living is seeking a knowledgeable, experienced and motivated individual to provide centralized scheduling responsibilities for the agency. Responsibilities will include: maintaining the master schedule within a unionized work environment for the agency, maintaining/overseeing the working/active schedules in accordance with agency policies, the Collective Agreement, and employment legislation, enter shift-related data input for changes to schedules utilizing electronic scheduling software. maintain up to date bi weekly scheduling reports for accurate payroll processing. To assist supervisors in ensuring appropriate staff coverage is in place.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Requirement - Two-year community college diploma and related scheduling training
- Three - four years of experience in a unionized environment performing full scheduling requirements
- Working knowledge of Staff Schedule Care scheduling software (an asset)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office/Windows/Excel, and other related software programs
- Experience in implementing new schedule software (an asset)
- Knowledge of relevant legislation including; Employment Standards Act, WSIB, Occupational Health and Safety, Ontario Human Rights Code,
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional skills in the areas of prioritization to meet deadlines, problem-solving independently and with a team, and strict attention to detail
- Proven ability to work as a part of a team effectively and independently
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Police Check

Pay: $27.75 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
