**Essential Skills**:We're seeking an experienced renovation professional who is great with tools and customers
- Must have proven experience in residential or commercial construction
- General carpentry, framing, repairs and finishing skills
- Experience boarding and finishing drywall (will be an asset)
- Experience in other trade work (tile, flooring, other)
- Proven track record of quality workmanship
- A Team player who works well with others or on your own
- Clean driving record
- Your own basic tools
