About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Residential Home Builder to join our team at Elevate RS Corp. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for building and renovating residential homes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Inspect subcontractors' work to guarantee quality and conformity with plans and specifications
  • Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in residential home building and renovation
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and WHMIS Certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Work Environment

As a Residential Home Builder with Elevate RS Corp, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a large caseload and workload. You will be required to work outdoors, in dusty and hot conditions, and may be exposed to odours and noise.
