Job Title: Inside Sales Account Executive

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers and executives within client organizations
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience at all levels
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track performance metrics and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Finance to optimize client partnerships
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Assist in launching new technology products or services with client organizations
- Handle client escalations promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software preferred
- Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Prior experience working in a sales-driven environment is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Inside sales: 2 years (required)

- French (required)
