**Role Overview**
The Executive Director will lead Karman-Line Acceleration’s operations, supporting both the organizational mission and the entrepreneurs we serve. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution, focusing on administration, program delivery, and hands-on training.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Leadership and Strategy**:
- Drive the organization’s mission and vision.
- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the board.
- Represent the organization in public forums and networking events.
- **Program Development and Delivery**:
- Oversee the design and execution of training programs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Continuously improve program content to meet evolving marketing needs.
- **Administrative Oversight**:
- Manage day-to-day operations, including HR, finance, and compliance.
- Oversee budget preparation and financial management.
- Supervise administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, funders, and community members.
- Lead fundraising initiatives and secure resources to sustain and grow programs.
- **Performance Management**:
- Track and report on program outcomes and organizational performance.
- Implement systems for continuous feedback and improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership / training roles, preferably within startup accelerators, nonprofits, or educational institutions.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
