**Job Title**: Host Family Recruitment and Sales Representative

**Job Type**: Part-time, summer job

**Compensation**: $150 per successfully recruited host family, with $50 paid immediately upon host signing the contract, and $100 paid upon host welcoming the first students during the summer or in the future months.

We are looking for a Host Family Recruitment and Sales Representative to join our team for the summer. As a Host Family Recruitment and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for recruiting host families for our international student program. You will work closely with the program coordinator to ensure that all host families meet the program's requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit potential neighborhoods within a maximum 75 minutes distance door to door (via public transportation) to our school to distribute program flyers and recruit host families.
- Answer host family inquiries and provide program information to interested families.
- Conduct virtual or actual home visits to ensure that the host meets the program requirements.
- Work closely with the program coordinator to ensure that all host families meet the program's requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and submit weekly reports to the program coordinator.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with sales and recruitment responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Access to reliable transportation (public) within a maximum 75 minutes distance door to door to our school.
- Inquire a police check, which is required for all host members above 18 years old

**Job Types**: Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: $50.00-$1,000.00 per day

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
