**Parkview BMW** is looking for a flexible and versatile Business Development Center Manager who will be responsible for the growth of the Service and Sales division. Working alongside other departmental managers, you will participate in the strategic development of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adapt to changing needs of department.
- Conducts daily coaching and performance monitoring
- Project Management
- Quality Control
- Have open communication with all managers and their designated departments within the dealership
- Correctly record all communication between client and BDC associate
- Ability to understand client's expectations and clientele mindset
- Follow-up on customer visits
- Maintain logs of all calls and allocation of appointments to sales representatives
- Complete all daily assigned tasks
- Answer all inbound phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script and schedule sales and service appointments
- Respond to incoming dealership inquiries
- Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments
- Obtain customer information and maintain an accurate database
- Monitoring special order parts

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional customer service talent
- 2 years + of customer service/telemarketing experience in a managerial role preferred
- Demonstrated effective time management and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Proven interpersonal skills combined with a calm and patient demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding to work independently in an unsupervised environment
- Must be computer literate in all Microsoft programs - ( word, excel )
- Sales or call center manager or similar position background is a must
- Professional Phone Etiquette
- Must have experience conducting at least 100+ outbound calls per day

**Assets**:

- Experience with Reynolds isn’t required but preferred
- Experience in a BDC department preferred
- Managerial experience preferred
- Punctual

- Solid team player, willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done correctly and efficiently
