**Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising bar staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase bar revenue and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the preparation of food items and ensure adherence to food safety standards
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Create and update drink menus based on customer preferences and trends
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback

- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Excellent team management abilities to motivate and inspire staff
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry, including current trends and best practices
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Knowledge of kitchen operations to coordinate with kitchen staff
- Bartending and serving skills to ensure quality drink preparation

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of similar experience in fast paced upscale cocktail bar or restaurant role
- Service focused personality is essential and previous Food & Beverage leadership is required. Will be serving or bartending when required
- Extensive Front of House knowledge including financial, inventory and event planning.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Google, and Internet based programs; proficiency using Micros will be considered an asset
- Must have flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including days, nights and weekends. This is NOT a 9:00am to 5:00pm position
- Proven ability to build and maintain guest connections with all staff, vendors and guests.
- Results oriented, positive outlook, and ability to drive projects forward until completion

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
