The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and company growth strategies. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who can drive HR best practices and foster a positive work environment. **Responsibilities**:Talent Coaching**:

- Offer skilled guidance and support in navigating employee relations, resolving conflicts effectively, and facilitating performance management.
- Assist managers in implementing effective strategies to engage and inspire their teams, cultivating a culture that fosters motivation and teamwork.

**Talent Processes**:

- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, goal setting, performance evaluations, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and industry best practices.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve retention of key talent.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Support initiatives to enhance overall employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by promoting awareness, assisting with events, and fostering a culture of respect and belonging for all employees.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee engagement, incorporating new ideas and innovations into our programs.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance organizational effectiveness aimed at optimizing processes and achieving strategic objectives.
- Work closely with National HR team to align HR strategies with overall business goals.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of regional (Alberta & BC) labour laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR software’s such as Dayforce, SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
