Digital Marketing Specialist

Assist the Marketing Manager in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy. Ensures all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, and identify and execute improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.

SEO
- Support SEO initiatives to rank keyword on first page
- Identify and research potential keywords to target
- Understand on-page and off-page SEO
- Update and maintain monthly reports outlining performance
- Hands-on experience working with Hubspot or other ESP solutions
- Drive web traffic growth, engagement, and lead generation
- Design engaging DRIP campaigns
- Map out data fields and build out workflows

Paid Ad Campaigns
- Execute A/B testing campaigns
- Improve qualified lead generation
- Understand how to optimize copy and landing pages
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor marketing strategy

Social Media
- Generate innovative content ideas and campaigns
- Create and curate content for social media platforms.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Quora, YouTube

Trade Shows
- Manage trade show logistics and planning

Must-Have Skills
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and complete deadlines in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- A self-starter who is able take ownership of projects and offer improvements
- Outstanding can-do attitude with a flair for detail and organization

**Required Skills**:

- A university degree or college diploma in digital marketing
- 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience
