As the first point of contact at RBC retail banking locations, RBC Advisors are responsible for assisting members of our community who walk in to our branches. Using hospitality-like skills they proactively welcome and engage clients, meet their everyday banking needs, resolve client concerns at first point of contact and uncover opportunities to provide additional client centric advice and solutions to meet their individual need.

**What will you do?**
- You are a One RBC Advisor who is **highly engaging**, **client experience focused**, with advanced **discovery and problem resolution skills**, who assists clients with **simple solutions** and navigates home-of-best-fit (HOBF) for more complex needs
- You are hospitality focused and the face of RBC for clients, delivering an exceptional first-point-of-contact client experience within RBC locations
- You make effective use of Discovery Experiences to deliver holistic client centric advice and solutions
- As a Digital Ambassador with a deep knowledge of self-serve digital capabilities, you are a proactive expert at digitally enabling clients
- You personally fulfil on Everyday Banking needs, simple credit, simple savings and investments at first point of contact

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- A passion for hosting an exceptional client experience
- Curiosity, emotional intelligence and empathetic communication skills
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
- Personal flexibility to work flex hours
- A self-motivated eagerness to learn and determination to succeed

**Nice-to-have**
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Experience in the financial or service industry
