Product Owner - RBC PayEdge

**What is the opportunity?**

You will work directly with the Senior Product Owner, Journey Owner and Senior RBC PayEdge Product team contributing to the building and delivering the digital working capital management (Procure to Pay and Invoice to cash) experience for commercial clients in RBC PayEdge - RBC’s fully owned Payables Automation Solution/Fintech. You are required to solve highly complex business problems from the ground up, connecting with our clients, advisors and partners to capture untapped opportunities, while working through a cross-functional agile team. You will be responsible for successful delivery of the end to end solutions that span all user interactions and touch points. You represent the voice of the business within the team, and the voice of the team within the business and responsible for maintaining and prioritizing the backlog of work/priorities, while ensuring the delivery of continuous business value.

**What will you do?**
- Work closely with the Senior Product Owner and key partners including the Senior Director of Cash Management and their Senior Management team, the Cards Product team as well various operations, Sales Enablement, Design and multiple technology partners to develop the feature and solution vision and recommendations that incorporates voice of the customer
- Own the end to end execution key strategic priorities from inception and work with team and partners to create a seamless client experience
- Maximize user / customer value while meeting the needs of the LOB stakeholders for the product
- Lead a cross-functional Agile team, coaching individuals to stay focused on what matters most
- Advocate the product vision across diverse stakeholders
- Own and is responsible for refining and prioritizing the product backlog, on a regular basis in collaboration with the team and key product stakeholders
- Responsible for successful delivery of the product / initiative
- Identify, execute, or enable the implementation of the agile change management activities related to the initiative
- Act as the scrum team’s single point of contact and serves as the lead in resolving problems/obstacles on behalf of the team
- Understand customer pain points at the User story level and validating that solutions address those needs
- Ensure the larger vision, dependencies and downstream considerations are communicated and understood
- Negotiate priorities between competing stakeholder interests and ensure that the highest value deliverables are completed within the sprint

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Experienced leading a cross-functional team of individuals towards an end state product or goal
- Strategy and/or consulting Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of clients/users and user experience across multiple channels
- Strong creative and conceptual thinker with attention to detail

**Nice-to-have**
- Commercial Working Capital Management/Cash Management/Payments experience
- Experience delivering in an agile framework
- Operations or process design
