Descrip,on du poste:
En tant qu'assistant(e) de direc%on junior au si.ge social, vous jouerez un r.le essen%el dans le

fonc%onnement efficace de nos fonc%ons de direc%on tout en contribuant aux t.ches administra%ves

g.n.rales. Vos responsabilit.s s'.tendront de l'assistance. la direc%on. la ges%on du bureau, garan%ssant

ainsi le bon d.roulement de nos op.ra%ons quo%diennes.

Principales responsabilités:
Sou3en administra3f:

- Fournir un sou%en administra%f au niveau de la direc%on, y compris la ges%on des calendriers de

la direc%on, la coordina%on des pr.para%fs de voyage et le traitement de la correspondance

confiden%elle.
- Fournir un sou%en administra%f g.n.ral, notamment en r.pondant au t.l.phone, en g.rant les

courriels et en s'occupant du courrier entrant et sortant.
- .tre le "bras droit" de l'.quipe de direc%on.
- Commander et entretenir les fournitures de bureau, en veillant. ce que le bureau soit bien

approvisionn..
- Pr.parer les ordres du jour des r.unions, r.diger les proc.s-verbaux et tenir les dossiers.
- Cr.er, meSre en forme et relire des documents, des rapports et des contrats pour toutes les

en%t.s commerciales, y compris le commerce de d.tail et l'immobilier.
- Par%ciper. la ges%on des documents et. l'organisa%on des dossiers.
- Servir de premier point de contact et de sou%en. l'.quipe charg.e des paiements et des cr.ances.
- Assurer une r.cep%on accueillante et professionnelle.

Ressources humaines:

- V.rifier et approuver les heures travaill.es par les employ.s. l'aide d'un logiciel de

comptabilisa%on du temps et faire des ajustements au besoin.
- Aider les employ.s et r.pondre aux ques%ons rela%ves. la ges%on du temps et. r.soudre les

divergences.
- Traiter la paie, en veillant. ce que toutes les donn.es rela%ves au temps et aux salaires soient

correctement saisies.
- Aider. l'adh.sion aux avantages sociaux et r.pondre aux ques%ons de base sur les avantages

sociaux.
- Maintenir et meSre. jour les dossiers des employ.s, y compris les informa%ons personnelles, les

coordonn.es et les changements li.s. l'emploi.
- Assurer la confiden%alit. et la s.curit. des donn.es des employ.s.

Qualifica,ons:

- Dipl.me d'.tudes secondaires ou.quivalent (un dipl.me d'.tudes sup.rieures ou des

cer%fica%ons per%nentes sont un plus).
- 5 ans d'exp.rience dans le domaine du sou%en administra%f ou dans des fonc%ons similaires.
- Solides comp.tences organisa%onnelles et souci du d.tail.
- Ma.trise des applica%ons MicrosoR Office.
- La connaissance des logiciels de paie est un atout.
- Excellentes ap%tudes. la communica%on et aux rela%ons interpersonnelles.
- Capacit.. pr.server la confiden%alit. et. traiter des informa%ons sensibles.
- Solides capacit.s de ges%on du temps et d'ex.cu%on de t.ches mul%ples.

Your responsibilities will span across executive support and office management, ensuring the smooth running of our daily operations.

- Provide executive-level administrative support, including managing executive calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and handling confidential correspondence.
- Be the ‘right-hand’ of the executive team.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and maintain records.
- Create, format, and proofread documents, reports, and contracts for all business entities, including retail and real estate.
- Assist in document management and file organization.
- Act as a first point of contact and back-up to the payables and receivables team.
