**What you'll do**:
- Troubleshoot production rejects through electrical testing and various inspection tools
- Conduct failure analysis on customer returns and determine root cause of rejects
- Analyze VS412 and safe launch rejects
- Perform soldering and de-soldering on SMT components to confirm component defects
- Perform production X-Ray audits on printed circuit assemblies and modules
- Support material containment and material sorting activities
- Perform material certification and relabel materials
- Utilize various lab equipment to perform inspection on products with quality issues
- Conduct ESD audits on production lines and ESD testers
- Perform dimension and weight measurement on material
**What you'll bring**:
- Completion of a three year Electronics Engineering Technologist Diploma
- Strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer service attitude
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and able to multitask
