Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for assisting in the production process, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met.

**Duties**:

- Operate manufacturing window blinds and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor the production process and conduct regular quality checks
- Assemble components or products following specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in troubleshooting issues with equipment, processes or warehouse duty
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Chinese (preferred)

Work Location: In person
