**Full-Time Sales Manager**

Position Responsibilities

1. Manage several self-storage locations Headquarter in Prince George and Quesnel on site. Other locations managed remotely by telephone.

2. Developing new customers along with managing existing customers to fill all locations.

3. Creation of marketing campaigns to engage with new customers.

4. Report to Director of sales to establish sales targets to fill self-storage location.

5. Customer service through tenant management either on site or through telephone.

6. Strong organizational skills to coordinate with service providers to efficiently manage each location such as gate repairs, security cameras and other related maintenance.

7. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer skills.

8. Sales manager is required to work from main sales office location in Prince George and as necessary make periodic check ins to other Prince George locations and our Quesnel location (must have Class 5 license along a vehicle)

9. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

10. Good communication skills, fluency in English

11. Ability to work in teams and individually

12. Tenant management includes payment collection and processing.

Ability to work efficiently through intermediate computer skills, and continual development of product knowledge is required. Must have good organizational and attention to detail skills. Knowledge of sales experience, transportation, and strong analytical skills is an asset.

On-the-job training will be provided.

Please note this position is not suitable for students.

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A SALES MANAGER

We at Blue Box Storage are looking for a full-time team player with excellent customer service and communication skills to join us. This full-time opening is at our Prince George location, 40 Hours, and 5 days a week. However, we require this person to check our Quesnel location periodically.

This full-time sales manager position typically works daytime from home or on the road.

Hours of operation Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (some Saturdays will be required)

Projected start date: Feb 1st, 2023
