**Account Services Representative - Billing Tech**

**Reports To: Account Services Assistant Manager**

**with current day-to-day reporting to Account Services Leads**

**Summary**:
The challenge of this position will be to contribute your experience, skills, and customer service abilities to Aquatera’s Customer Call Centre and Collections. This position may expand to include billing of accounts and/or meter desk duties. You will be reporting to the Account Services Assistant Manager with day to day reporting to the Account Services Leads.

**Job Duties**

This challenging position involves:

- Providing exceptional customer service on our call centre
- Maintaining customer accounts, service locations and meter information
- Interacting with the public and provide information and assistance in a polite and efficient manner, may include difficult customers at times
- Generating work orders for scheduling meter installations, exchanges, and maintenance appointments
- Performing routine account collections
- Operating folding and inserting equipment
- Assisting with collections, cashier, and commercial metering positions and may include billing functions
- Assist in special projects
- Other duties as required

- Be able to move between jobs/stations when required
- A minimum of one-year Business/Office Administration Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience is an asset
- Experience in billing and collection processes is an asset
- Working knowledge of water meters and reading technology is an asset

Employment will be conditional upon a drug and alcohol test satisfactory to the Employer.
