**Title**: Indigenous Career Partner
**Contract**: Permanent
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
**Location**:Park Royal Office, West Vancouver B.C. - Hybrid (minimum 50% in-office)

**About the role**

**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Diploma in a relevant field (career development / recruitment / counselling / coaching) or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Degree in Business Administration or HR is an asset.
- 3-4 years of experience in career advising and/or full cycle recruitment with interviewing experience.

As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021. We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If selected for employment, you will be required to provide proof of vaccination by providing a copy of your BC Vaccination Card Passport with the QR code.
